Habitas baby con huevos revueltos e Ibérico ("Baby beans" with scrambled eggs and Iberic ham)	8	13.80€	Very good quality beans (tasty and not "floury"); maybe this dish is one of the most "common" ones.
Alcachofas a la plancha (Grilled Artichokes)	8	12.80€	They were out of the menu, as a "dish of the day"; big and tasty, truly natural artichokes (nowadays is almost impossible to find them natural, as they are almost always tinned.
Esapárragos cojonudos de Navarra al gusto (Awsome asparagus from Navarra "to the liking")	8	14.80€	As well as the artichokes, the asparagus were truly natural, fresh, thick and tasty. Hard to find as good nowadays too
Solomillo de buey (Ox sirloin)	8	24,80€	I only tried a bit, and not just served, so it was a bit cold; but it was of good quality, tasty and tender.
Hamburguesa con foie y trufa negra (Hamburgers with foie and black truffle)	9.5	19.8€	Simply amazing. It's out of the menu, and may seem expensive; but it's taste is incredible. The mix of sirloin meat, truffle and foie is splendid, spectacular. By the way, although named burger, the meat it's served only with fries; no bread, cheese, bacon, lettuce, etc.
