When crowded you need to make a reservation, and there are two shifts; you have to choose, and they warn you that they may ask you to leave when time for the next has come. |

| Croquetas de Chorizo (Chorizo -spicy red sausage- croquette) | 9 | A must. Although "chorizo" may sound as a too strong flavor for a croquette, its perfect mix with bechamel softens it to a perfect point of tastiness. |

| Ambience | 7 | Apart from the grill by the door, they have a fireplace in the lower floor, that is really nice and cozy. They also have a nice terrace for summer. But apart of these, it's simply decorated. Tables are very close and it's usually a bit noisy as there are families with children. |
| Quality | 9 | They have 3 meat providers (or so we've been told), so quality may vary (scoring from 7 to ..11! best meat ever except for Japanese Kobe in Tokyo). Apart from the meat, almost everything is of very high quality; the scrambled eggs and the fishes are their weak point. |
