Shasimi nuestro estilo - Pez Mantequilla (literally:"our style shashimi - butter fish" ) | 7.8 | 14€, 9 thin slices.Butter fish" may be Atlantic Halibut or black Cod.. it's a soft -like butter-fish, very trendy nowadays. If good.. it's really good. In this case, it had a "citric and soya souce", that hides a little bit its original flavor. Soya alone is like salt, gives more taste, but the citric.. was not too much, it sticks well, and it's an original mix; but I personally would have prefered to try it without (it was not in the menu) |
Gunkan de buey de "Wagyu" con trufa (Truffled Wagyu Sushi) | 9.2 | 7.5€, 2 pieces. The best dish we tried. AMAZING. GREAT mix of Wagyu beef tartar with truffle. a MUST |
Uramaki de pato crujiente y foie grass (Crispy duck and foie Uramaki) | 6.9 | 15€, 6 pieces. Original mix, but such a suggestive name, and such good ingredients should result in something better. It was a bit tasteless; maybe bland. I tried only the last piece with soya and it improved A LOT (had I tried it with soya from the beginning, it could have a higher score). |
Sashimi: Salmon y Lubina (Salmon and Seabass Shashimi) | 7 | There are different options for having sashimi 2 pieces minimum). We tried Salmon (very good, soft and tasty) and Seabass ("weaker"), both 3&euro the 2 pieces. |
Lomo de atún rojo con salsa Teriyaki (Red Tuna with Teriyaki sauce) | 7.7 | 27€.As we couldn't decide between the many starters, sushis, sashimis, etc., we ordered this main dish. It was a recommendation of the waiter. We didn't realize it was with Teriyaki sauce, which I like a lot, but I prefer a tuna with no sauce, raw (Sashimi). Despite our disappointment for the choice, I liked it's taste, and missed bread to dip ;) |
