Pimiento relleno de bacalao (Baked red pepper stuffed with cod and bechamel)	8.1	It comes with home made fried tomato sauce (instead of using industrial already cooked one, which is never as good), and the whole dish is great
Crema de hongos y castañas (Funghi and chestnut cream)	8.2	Maybe they only serve it during autum or winter. If you're lucky and they're servi g it... Give it a try!
Solomillo de buey con foie al vino tinto (Ox sirloin with foie, in red wine sauce)	8.6	Amazing. The mix of meat, foie, and the thick red wine sauce is absolutely amazing (though depending on the day, the sauce may be a bit scarce, so ask the waiter to serve it with a generous amount
Merluza a la romana (Battered hake)	8	It's a simple dish, but the qualiy of the hake is usually really high, not common to find it easlily.. It's juicy, soft, and a good amount.
Tarta de queso (Cheesecake)	7.5	Really homemade, and better than average
