Introduction. How to use this blog

My name is David, and food is my passion... as it is Madrid, where I was born in 1977 and where I've lived since then, except for a year in Prague (so far). And I love Madrid, Spain, and its food
The purpose of tihs blog is to share my opinion about the Restaurants that I try, mostly in Madrid, but also elsewhere, so it serves as a reference to anyone who likes to eat well.
Why in English? Because there are many pages speaking about restaurants in Spain... in Spanish. And although there many others that are in English, most of them are written by foreigners. And having lived abroad, and having been an expat, I wanted to make things easier to the non-spanish speaking persons when trying to find a restaurant in Madrid.
I'll try to make this blog not only a way to know restaurants, but also food: words commonly used, how to use them and where (and where not), slang, meaning, and hopefully, a bit of history.
Spain is well known for it's tapas, but it's not only Tapas!

How to?

Finally, as a note to the "how to use this blog" part of the title: When speaking about a restaurant, I'll try to make 2 different posts about it: one with a short summary including a score per dish, and a second one with a detailed description of my opinion, tastes, atmosphere, etc.
